Requirements:

- Experience in retail/beauty/service industry preferred
Job Scope:
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Beauty Consultant/Advisor
Requirements:
- Eloquent speaking
- Confidence
- Positive attitude
- Goal-oriented
- Outgoing personality
- Driven; motivated
- No minimum education required
- Experience in retail/beauty/service industry preferred but not necessary
Job Scope:
- Be well-acquainted with José Eber products (product knowledge)
- Provide expert recommendations to customers
- Demonstrate our products
- Execute professional sales approaches and techniques
- Promote and retail
- Manage daily operations at the store
